We’re licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships anywhere in the castle and its grounds – let your imagination run free and we’ll do our best to make your dreams become reality.
THE CHAPEL
An elegant, tranquil setting for your ceremony and a smaller wedding breakfast. The arch-topped French doors lead out onto our terrace, which is marvellous on a bright, sunny day.

THE RAMSAY SUITE
With its vaulted arch windows, hanging chandeliers, antique fireplaces and castle thrones, the regal Ramsay is the largest of our function rooms – and the very essence of romance.

SIR ALEXANDER SUITE
Full of Scottish charm and offering views over the castle estate, the Sir Alexander Suite is wonderfully versatile. With its own bar and dance floor, it’s perfect for arrival drinks, evening receptions and live entertainment, from classic wedding dances to traditional Scottish ceilidh.

THE DALWOLSEY LOUNGE
Deep red and decidedly luxurious, this snug yet stately room has a handsome fireplace and an ornate plasterwork ceiling, offering ample space for an intimate dinner or drinks reception.

THE DUNGEON GATESIDE
Candlelit and complete with suits of armour, Gateside is your own private dining space within the atmospheric Dungeon Restaurant, deep within the castle vaults – ideal for intimate dining.

With exclusive, you can be the king or queen of the castle, and have the entire place to yourselves on your special day.
