Inspired by eight centuries of history at Dalhousie Castle, The Dungeon Restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience in one of Scotland’s most atmospheric settings. Our AA Rosette-awarded eight-course tasting menu celebrates the finest Scottish produce, with each course drawing inspiration from ingredients historically grown, sourced and enjoyed on the castle estate.
A five-course market menu and carefully selected wine pairings are also available, offering guests the opportunity to discover the story of Dalhousie through contemporary Scottish cuisine.
