The Heart of Peace

Dalhousie Castle is delighted to host The Heart of Peace, a one-day yoga and wellbeing retreat taking place on Sunday 3rd May from 11am to 4pm.
Set within the castle’s historic surroundings, this immersive experience invites guests to step away from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm and balance.
Guided by experienced teacher Vishwam Gurudas Heckert from Flowing with Life, the day will include a variety of gentle movement, guided meditation, breathwork, and reflective practices, all designed to help participants cultivate clarity and resilience. There will be time to pause, connect, and enjoy the tranquil and historic setting, with practices suitable for all levels, whether new to yoga or more experienced.
Vishwam brings many years of experience in sharing Heart of Living Yoga, offering a thoughtful and accessible approach that supports both physical wellbeing and deeper self-awareness. His teaching focuses on creating a welcoming and inclusive space, encouraging participants to explore a more peaceful and balanced way of living.
