Our New Year’s Eve celebrations begin with an opportunity to enjoy clay
pigeon shooting before a light lunch in the Restaurant.

The evening begins at 7pm with a chilled glass of Champagne, followed by a fabulous six course tasting  menu in the regal surrounds of the Ramsay Suite. Welcome in the New Year with the traditional Scottish ‘first footing’.

New Year’s Day starts with a lazy brunch, served between 10 am – 1pm. Follow with our Owls, Myths and Legends display, before indulging in Afternoon Tea. An evening buffet will be served from 7.30pm.
