Three Night Hogmanay Break
30th December 2021
Arriving on 30th December, settle into your comfy castle room before making your way to one of our lounges to enjoy a traditional afternoon tea followed by an historical tour of the castle. During the afternoon you’ll be treated to a rare opportunity of a meet and greet at our on-site castle falconry. Sit down to a fabulous three course meal in the Restaurant.
31st December 2021
Wake to a full Scottish breakfast and during the morning enjoy the opportunity to try laser clay pigeon shooting before a light lunch in the Restaurant. Our Hogmanay dinner dance will begin at 7pm with a drinks reception before enjoying a delicious six-course tasting menu in the regal surrounds of the Ramsay Suite. Welcome the ‘bells’ with our ceilidh band, playing right through to the wee small hours, before taking part in the Scottish tradition of first footing‘.
Hot bacon rolls with be served at midnight and the evening will conclude with a hearty rendition of Auld Lang Syne!

Jerusalem artichoke and lemon thyme soup, truffle gougere

New Year’s Day
New Year’s Day starts with a lazy brunch, served between 10.00 am – 1.00 pm. Follow with our Owls, Myths and Legends display,
before indulging in Afternoon Tea. An evening buffet will be served from 7.30pm in the Ramsay Suite. After dinner guests are invited to the Library Bar to take part in a whisky tasting before retiring to bed.
2nd January 2022
A hearty breakfast will be served before those who have to depart, leave for the day.
