Gianpaolo La greca will talk about truffles and answer guest’s questions. Gianpaolo is an independent importer of fine Italian produce and supplies luxurious stores such as Harrods of London. We will also have Norman Barr attending who works for Mortons Wine Suppliers. He will also give a short introduction to the wines and why they were chosen for each course.
