From 7pm, our extensive Hogmanay celebrations commence until the wee hours.

Day 2 - 31st December 2013 - Hogmanay!
8.00am - 10.30am - A traditional relaxing Breakfast, served in the Orangery
Take part in an activity of your choice which is included in your package; Choose from the fantastic options detailed below. Please note that if you would like to participate in both activities then there will be an additional cost of £20.00 per person
10.30am - 11.30am - Falconry Experience – Activity One
Ideal for anyone who loves these unique and mysterious birds of prey, the Owl Encounter allows you to handle and fly one our beautiful owls to your gloved hand. Try your hand at this ancient sport on the Castle Lawn. (Bookings essential, 30 minute slots)
12noon -1.30pm - Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting – Activity Two
During the morning, partake in the modern twist of the traditional Scottish field sport of Clay Pigeon Shooting - wrap up warm, as it could be chilly! Anyone that does not wish to participate in the Activities detailed above will be entitled to a complimentary half hour treatment in the Spa. The spa shall be open from 10.00am - 5.00pm on 30th and 31st December. Please note the spa shall be closed on 1st January
12.30 - 2.30pm - A light lunch of Soup, Stovies, Tea and Coffee will be served in The Orangery Restaurant. (Optional Extra – additional cost £ 11.50 per person)
4.00pm - Light afternoon Tea will be served in the Alexander Room.
Gala Dinner from 7.00pm - 2.00am
7.00pm - 2.00am - Hogmanay Gala Dinner Dance Gala Dinner
(Black Tie, Kilts optional)
7.00pm for 7.30pm - Kir Royale will be served in the Sir Alexander Room
7.45pm - Guests will be piped into Dinner in the Ramsay Room
(Inclusive of specially selected Wines)
10.00pm - The Ceilidh will commence in the Sir Alexander Room
12.00 midnight - Count Down Celebrations
12.30am - 'First Footing'
1.00am - Bacon Butties will be served in the Brechin Room
2.00am - The evening will conclude with a hearty rendition of Auld Lang Syne!
